- Minimum order
- 4,000 cigars, across up to 3 vitolas. Full-leaf filler throughout.
- Cigar price
- $5.00 – $7.00 per cigar (white label), depending on vitola. Includes cigar wrapping; boxes priced separately.
- Boxes
- 5, 6, 10 or 20 cigars — $15 – $25 per box depending on quality and size.
- Labels
- $4,000 for 10,000 high-quality custom labels.
- Production
- Cigars 4 weeks · Boxes 4–6 weeks · Labels 6–8 weeks. Total lead time 6–8 weeks maximum after deposit.
- Aging
- We recommend 4–6 further weeks at your facility under proper temperature and humidity.
- Payment
- 50% deposit with order, 50% balance on delivery to Managua Airport (FOB).

Specification
We agree on vitola, wrapper, blend and packaging, then provide precise pricing.

Blend selection
Custom blend, by profile, your own formula, or benchmarking against samples until the profile is right.

Production
Cigars are rolled in ~4 weeks, with boxes (4–6 weeks) and labels (6–8 weeks) produced in parallel.
- 04
Shipment
Delivered to your designated shipper, or ours, at Managua Airport with full export documentation.
- 05
Aging at destination
4–6 weeks at your facility under controlled temperature and humidity before going to market.
